Vercel is hiring a DevRel Engineer to work inside product teams building agentic infrastructure such as AI Gateway and Sandbox. You will collaborate with product and engineering, create demos, templates, and open source projects, and help developers adopt these tools.

You will report to the Head of AI Infrastructure and can be located anywhere, with in-office anchor days in SF, NY, London, or Berlin for nearby candidates. A strong portfolio of AI work is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX roles.
Built and shipped AI applications or agents.
Strong TypeScript skills with Next.js familiarity.
Public talks, posts, open source, or videos.

Responsibilities

Build agents and apps on AI Gateway and Sandbox before shipping, then create demos, templates, and open source projects developers will clone.
Teach developers to build with agentic infrastructure via writing, talks, videos, and live coding; set canonical examples.
Join planning meetings with PMs and engineers; identify rough edges and push fixes before launch.
Own launches assets: example repos, launch demos, docs contributions, first responses to questions.
Bring external developer signals in: track how the ecosystem builds agents and where improvements are needed.
