Job summary

Information International Associates, Inc. is looking for a Windows Support Technician to provide automation support at the USPTO. The role involves developing the Platform Services environment and requires extensive experience in server administration, cloud solutions, and deploying CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in computer science and strong technical skills across multiple platforms including DevOps tools and cloud services. This is a full-time position based at the Alexandria, VA office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix, HP-UX, and Windows server administration.
• 3+ years of experience developing Puppet modules.
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps using Terraform and Ansible.
• At least entry-level certification in one of the major cloud service providers.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and deploy hybrid-cloud solutions for enterprise environments.
• Design and implement automated infrastructure.
• Develop CI/CD, testing, and operations infrastructure.
