Hana Cloud Solutions LLC is seeking a versatile IT Operations & QA specialist in New Jersey to provide Tier 1 support, monitor systems, and perform testing. The role requires collaborating with store operations, logging incidents, and assisting with on-call duties.

You will validate data through basic SQL checks, monitor batch jobs, and support ERP/POS environments. Growth opportunities include ITIL practices and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, system support, QA, or application support.
• System operations and application support fundamentals.
• System monitoring tools, logs, and alerts.
• Functional and regression testing.
• Incident tracking and triage processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and retail store systems (POS).
• ITIL Foundation is a plus, bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance: Provides Tier 1 support and assists with Tier 2 issues; logs, triages, and tracks incidents and service requests.
• Maintenance: Monitors dashboards, alerts, and logs following runbooks and participates in on-call as secondary (shadow) support.
• Development: Executes functional and regression tests using defined test cases and reproduces reported issues.
• Data Engineering: Monitors batch jobs and interfaces and runs basic SQL queries to validate data.
• CI/CD: Supports release validation and performs post-deployment checks.
• Collaboration: Coordinates with store operations, including accompanying on-site visits, and escalates unresolved issues to Tier 2 or senior engineers.

Qualifications / Skills:

• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, system support, QA, or application support

Salary Range: $87,300 - $118,950

*Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
