Job summary
Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a DevOps Engineer - Level 2 to augment our team. Based in Aurora, CO or Morrisville, NC, you will partner with agile teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management, implementing CI/CD across programs.
The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and CI Polygraph, with a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. You will engage with multiple tools and platforms, supporting a dynamic space systems
Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
- Must have an active CI Polygraph at time of application.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree not required.
- Security+ is desirable but not required to start; can obtain within 6 months.
- Experience administering Linux or related OS and working in Agile software development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure to support rapid capability maturation and deployment.
- Integrate development pipelines with automation, test-driven development, and CI/CT frameworks.
- Define build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.
- Ensure SCM, code quality, and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
