Job summary

Prudentia Sciences is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own our infrastructure, deployment, and reliability as we scale. You will design cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring and security across our platform used for sensitive due diligence and valuation workflows.

You will collaborate with software and ML engineers, product leads, and domain experts to translate reliability needs into scalable infrastructure investments and cost-aware optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/SE or related field.
• Industry-standard cloud infrastructure knowledge in AWS.
• Hands-on with IaC to manage infrastructure in a repeatable way.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Exposure to monitoring/logging and incident response practices.
• Comfort with relational and NoSQL databases and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend, backend, and ML services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to reduce MTTR/MTTD.
• Lead reliability engineering including SLOs/SLAs and on-call processes.
• Implement secure infrastructure practices and data protection.
• Optimize cloud spend while preserving reliability and scalability.
• Partner with engineering on data infra, backups, and performance.
• Build developer-friendly tooling and self-service deployment workflows.
• Collaborate across software, ML, product, and domain teams.
