Akina, Inc. is seeking a Development Operations Engineer to support a 24/7 watchfloor at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role requires a TS/SCI - Polygraph clearance and hands-on experience with Linux, Python and Bash.
You will act as SPOC between the service provider and users, logging and prioritizing incidents in a formal ticketing system. You will diagnose issues, attempt first-contact resolutions, and escalate to Tier II when necessary, while maintaining clear communications and contributing to
Competenze
- Two years of experience with software and system deployments, Linux administration, containerization, cloud deployments, and Development Security Operations.
Mansioni
- Act as Tier I/II SPOC for 24x7/365 watchfloor operations.
- Capture, log, categorize, and prioritize incidents via a ticketing system.
- Perform initial diagnosis using knowledge bases and incident models.
- Attempt first-contact resolutions for common issues (password resets, access, navigation).
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier II as needed.
- Maintain incident status communications with users throughout resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps to expand the knowledge base.
