Job summary

TetraMem in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on testing engineer to advance our device reliability program. You will run standard and custom test setups, collect data, and report findings to the engineering team, helping translate test results into design improvements.

You will develop and implement reliability test procedures, calibrate equipment, and maintain the testing lab to ensure accurate data. Strong programming, data analysis, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
• Basic understanding of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.
• Experience with testing equipment (oscilloscope, signal generator, multimeter).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $250,000 / year
