Job summary

TetraMem is seeking an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design and exposure to cutting-edge memory technologies.

Responsibilities include schematic design, simulation, and layout; transistor-level simulations; silicon validation and test-chip bring-up; and close collaboration with the analog team to improve circuit

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment

About the Role

Salary Range: $35-45 USD/hr
