TetraMem INC is seeking a skilled Field Applications Engineer to support customers evaluating and deploying our AI hardware, SDKs, and software during the product lifecycle.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software, SDK, and system integration issues, collaborate with internal teams, and help with installation, integration, and performance optimization on TetraMem platforms. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Provide technical support to customers evaluating and deploying TetraMem's AI hardware, SDKs, and software solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, SDK, and system integration issues, working directly with customers and internal engineering teams.
Assist customers with software installation, SDK integration, AI model deployment, and system performance optimization on TetraMem platforms.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with Software, Compiler, Hardware, Machine Learning, and Product Engineering teams to investigate customer issues and drive timely resolutions.
Support customer demonstrations, technical training, proof-of-concept evaluations, and pre-sales technical engagements.
Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and technical issues to influence future product improvements.
Perform system validation, benchmarking, and performance analysis to ensure customer applications achieve expected functionality and performance.
Build strong technical relationships with customers by providing responsive support and serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Travel as needed to customer sites, industry events, and technical meetings to support product evaluations, integration activities, and customer success.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in Field Applications Engineering, Applications Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, AI/ML, or a related technical role.
Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or a similar programming language.
Experience troubleshooting software, embedded systems, or semiconductor products.
Familiarity with Linux environments, software development tools, and debugging techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with AI accelerators, machine learning frameworks, embedded systems, or edge AI applications.
Familiarity with semiconductor products, SoCs, ASICs, or compute-in-memory technologies.
Experience supporting SDKs, APIs, or software integration for customer applications.
Experience with customer‑facing technical support, product demonstrations, or application development.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, scripting, and performance analysis tools.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 / year
