Job summary

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Device Support Analyst to join our IT team. You will support end-user data processing equipment across facilities and affiliated entities with focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree or 1 year of experience or A+ or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience with maintenance and/or setup of personal computers and peripheral equipment.
• Knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile insurance verified, and good driving record for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Analyst Team Lead.
• Reviews and recommends hardware solutions and processes for PCs, printers, and terminals.
• Identifies necessary spare parts and maintains an adequate stock of spare parts in inventory.
• Arranges and schedules installation or modification with the customer.
• Provides training to the customer as needed for the installation.
• Maintains inventory, documentation, records, and reporting tools applicable to department standards.
• Follows set procedures in managing trouble tickets.
• Troubleshoots network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400.
• The Device Support Analyst reports to the Manager Device Support and Help Desk.
