Device Support Analyst

Job summary

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Device Support Analyst to join our IT team. You will support end-user data processing equipment across facilities and affiliated entities with focus on reliability and customer service.

In this role you will troubleshoot hardware, coordinate installations, manage spare parts, and provide training to users while adhering to safety and risk standards. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree or 1 year of experience or A+ or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience with maintenance and/or setup of personal computers and peripheral equipment.
• Knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile insurance verified, and good driving record for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Analyst Team Lead.
• Reviews and recommends hardware solutions and processes for PCs, printers, and terminals.
• Identifies necessary spare parts and maintains an adequate stock of spare parts in inventory.
• Arranges and schedules installation or modification with the customer.
• Provides training to the customer as needed for the installation.
• Maintains inventory, documentation, records, and reporting tools applicable to department standards.
• Follows set procedures in managing trouble tickets.
• Troubleshoots network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400.
• The Device Support Analyst reports to the Manager Device Support and Help Desk.

The Device Support Analyst is responsible for end user data processing equipment for INTEGRIS Health facilities, affiliated entities, and IT customers. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
