Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3–6+ months of customer service and/or device repair experience.
• In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associate degree in electronics or other technical field.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Log device repair input and assess feasibility and estimate.
• Repair devices (phones, tablets, batteries) and perform tests.
• Receive, pack, and ship devices; install batteries and test functions.
• Provide live remote support for in-store repairs and participate in training of staff.
• Follow safety rules; use PPE and maintain inventory and store appearance.
