Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking a Device Refresh Tech for an onsite, contract role in Orange County, CA. You will support device setups, unbox laptops and monitors, troubleshoot hardware and software, and connect VDIs and talking stations.

This entry-level friendly position requires a CS/IT related degree or equivalent, with 0–1 year of IT setup experience and strong customer service and communication skills.

• Adept with computer installations, operating systems, Windows 10, and hardware support.

• Assist with Device and equipment setups
• Unboxing laptops/ Monitors
• Troubleshoot and install hardware/software

Requirements

• Bachelors/associate degree in computerscience/IT/Information systems educational background/equivalent industry experience
• Open to entry level computerscience graduates
• 0–1-yearexperience with IT setup, desktop setups
• Adept with computer installations, operating systems, Windows 10, hardware support and maintenance
• Provide technical support to end users
• Self-starter, with strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
