Job summary

Aptonet is seeking a Device Management Engineer/Administrator to support a DOJ mission-critical program in the Washington, DC area. The role emphasizes Windows 11 desktop engineering, SCCM/Intune management, and secure access for a geographically diverse user base.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Windows-based support, experience with SCCM/ITSM, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance for government work, with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Windows-based support environment (Tier II/III/IV).
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager and end-user workstation environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy for workstations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier III desktop engineering support for Windows 11 workstations and software.
• Complete incident tickets and service requests within SLA in an ITSM system.
• Administer and maintain enterprise print devices and print management platforms.
• Monitor device health, supply levels, and uptime for a mission-critical program.
• Perform root-cause analysis for AV, connectivity, and hardware issues.
