Job summary

Ardent Management Consulting, Inc is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to design and implement technical controls for secure environments. This onsite position in Washington DC involves maintaining workstation images, engineering patch management processes, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

The ideal candidate must have active Top Secret Clearance and significant experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, focusing on engineering functions rather than help desk support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Six (6) years of experience performing engineering (not help desk) functions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure standard workstation images for remote and on-site users.
• Engineer and maintain operating system and application patching.
• Leverage Microsoft Intune for device compliance and security policies.
