Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a temporary part-time Project Assistant in Waltham, MA. This onsite position pays $23/hour, runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is expected to last 4+ months, supporting device logistics, inventory management, and technology operations.

The role involves managing shipments, tracking device inventory, and collaborating with tech teams to ensure proper configurations while maintaining compliance and accurate data records.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
• Inventory and equipment management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of technology-related experience preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• MDM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments of tablets, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate and maintain an organized shipping/inventory room.
• Track and manage device inventory.
• Analyze shipping issues, outreach, and monthly logistics reports.
• Activate/deactivate services and assign licenses for devices/equipment.
• Partner with technology teams for proper device configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and service needs.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ethics.
