Job summary

AppDirect seeks an operations lead to own device staging, MDM enrollment, and ITAD workflow across imaging, warranty, and disposal channels. You will backfill as needed and coordinate with OEM vendors to ensure efficient repair and resale streams.

You bring 2–3 years in IT operations and hold a CompTIA A+ certification, with hands-on skills in modern endpoint management. The role emphasizes precise problem-solving, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, device lifecycle management, warranty repair, or ITAD with supervisory responsibility.
• CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune/Jamf) and familiarity with PXE/ISO imaging workflows.
• Familiarity with OEM warranty billing structures and ITAD pricing.
• Clear, precise communication with technical and non-technical audiences and ability to cover cross-team gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end device staging and MDM enrollment across imaging operations, including PXE boot and ISO deployments.
• Serve as escalation point and backup for Warranty & Repair, overseeing open-repair queues, vendor relations, and billing compliance.
• Drive ITAD throughput by routing decommissioned devices to premium resale channels and bulk units to wholesale.
• Manage battery replacement queues, stock levels, and PPE to maximize device yield.
• Analyze labor requirements across three departments to meet throughput targets.
• Consult with internal teams and clients to align VAS capabilities with deployment and lifecycle needs.
