Job summary

Arvato's Configuration Center in Louisville seeks a Technical Specialist to support high-volume device configuration, imaging, and QA. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, handle OBA/FAI, and ensure configurations meet customer specs before shipment.

Ideal candidates have strong IT/ops experience and familiarity with SAP. You will work cross-functionally with warehouse, IT, quality, and customer teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical operations, IT support, or related environments.
• Hands-on hardware, software, and system troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with device imaging, re-imaging, and deployment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a technology configuration and bundling center.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues affecting production and warehouse operations.
• Perform Out of Box Audits (OBA) and re-image devices when necessary.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify specifications and quality.
• Document inspection results and submit quality information to customers.
• Use imaging tools to load device images and resolve configuration issues.
• Provide SAP-related technical support impacting warehouse operations.
• Investigate issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with warehouse, IT, quality, and customer teams to resolve problems.
• Follow processes and customer requirements for device configuration and testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes and efficiency.
• Assist with new processes and configuration center initiatives.
