About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Configuration II Associate to join our electronics processing team. In this advanced hands‑on role, you will work with tablets used by fast food restaurants — testing devices, ensuring secure data erasure, and facilitating clear communication across teams. You will play a key role in protecting client data privacy and maintaining accurate inventory records throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Device Testing

• Identify and resolve malfunctions to ensure the smooth operation of devices and equipment.
• Utilize reporting tools and systems to track inventory and assess asset age.
• Ensure accurate record keeping throughout the testing process.

Data Erasure & Destruction

• Protect data privacy and client confidentiality by ensuring data is completely removed from all devices.
• Perform secure erasure of data using approved tools and processes.
• Utilize specialized software and techniques to wipe sensitive information from devices.

Communication & Coordination

• Facilitate effective communication between various parties to address questions, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
