Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Custodian in Sparks, GA to support a premier manufacturing client. Pay is $15.00 per hour with a temp-to-hire path. Shift is 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday, with weekend fill-in as needed.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom cleaning, waste disposal, and inventory management. High school diploma or GED required and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefit from a stable role with weekly hours and opportunities to gain experience in facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to attend an in-person interview.
• Able to begin the assignment the following week.
• Flexibility to fill in on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors throughout assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, and restock supplies daily.
• Empty and disinfect waste cans daily.
• Remove spider webs and nests indoors and outdoors.
• Clean windows and entry doors inside and outside.
• Maintain walkways, kitchen areas, and storage areas (monthly).
• Prepare kitchen and arrange training building for meetings or training as needed.
• Manage adequate inventory of supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.).
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and performing other tasks as assigned by management.

What’s a typical day as Custodian? You’ll be:

• Maintaining all floors throughout assigned areas
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, sinks, toilets, and restocking supplies daily
