Qualifications

• Proven experience leading DevEx and/or internal developer platform (IDP) initiatives.
• Hands-on background enabling self-service infrastructure provisioning and platform automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, standardization, and scalable delivery patterns.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and integrating security into delivery workflows (DevSecOps).
• Demonstrated ability to create reusable architectural blueprints and drive cross-team adoption of standards.
