Job summary

The General Manager, Devens at Bristol Myers Squibb leads end-to-end Biologics and Cell Therapy operations on the Devens campus, driving performance, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and cost management. You will spearhead the integration of Biologics and Cell Therapy units into a unified campus model.

The role requires extensive experience in biologics manufacturing, site leadership, and digital transformation, including AI-enabled analytics and Industry 4.0 initiatives, to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D., or MBA) preferred, with biotech/pharma specialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range strategy aligned with global network and growth objectives.
• Oversee biologics drug substance manufacturing operations with safety and quality focus.
• Chair unified campus governance and lead cross-unit collaboration across Biologics and Cell Therapy.
