Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/MBA) preferred for biotechnology leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale biologics or cell therapy operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Devens for GBU Biologics and Cell Therapy.
• Oversee safety, quality, regulatory compliance and supply reliability.
• Lead cross-business unit governance and campus transformation initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation, AI analytics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Manage capital projects, lean practices and financial performance.
• Engage with regulators, authorities, and external stakeholders.
