Qualifications

• Experience with people with developmental disabilities or mental illness is preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and various state and federal registry checks.
• CPR, 1st Aid, and CPI training must be completed within first 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist clients with daily activities and engaging work.
• Maintain the work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Complete daily documentation and data entry.
• Assist in developing and implementing client programs and goals.
