Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Developmental Trainer in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role provides supervision and training to clients in our CDS program, focusing on daily living skills and community participation.

Hours are full-time, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, and pay at $21.35 per hour plus paid training. Responsibilities include supervising workshops, tracking client progress, and assisting with daily tasks to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Providing general supervision for clients participating in the program workshops.
• Implementation and record keeping of client objectives and progress.
• Providing clients with training necessary to perform daily living tasks.
• Ensuring client participation in the community.
• Providing hands on assistance to clients with daily living activities (such as feeding, toileting, etc.)
