Responsibilities include creating opportunities for participants to achieve their support goals, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a safe environment. Candidates should have experience in social services and possess a reliable vehicle for community engagement. An Associate's degree in Social Services is preferred along with solid communication skills.
Qualifications
1+ years in Social Services experience required.
Possession of a reliable vehicle for transportation of program participants.
Current PA Driver's License with a good driving record.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Adult Day Services Coordinator and team members.
Maintain professional documentation for tracking participant progress.
Discuss participants' options for community opportunities.
