Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Ability to train, lead, and inspire staff.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee growth and development of individuals with developmental disabilities through data analysis, program planning, and implementation.
  • Provide guidance and support to skills trainers through mentoring, observation, and feedback.
  • Assist with client needs in times of crisis using de-escalation techniques and positive support.
  • Provide support when staffing issues occur.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all individuals served.
