Development Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Development Specialist for the Adult Life Program in Rexburg, Idaho. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, you will work with great co-workers in a friendly, supportive environment and help individuals reach their goals.
Starting wage is $18 per hour DOE. You will advance the mission, maintain accurate records, ensure quality and compliance, and mentor staff while providing crisis support as needed.
DS will advance the mission of DWI while delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided. The position ensures they meet high standards of quality and compliance. This role includes creating a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all individuals served. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and be dedicated to advocating for the rights and needs of all participants.
