DWI is seeking a Developmental Specialist for the Adult Life Program in Rexburg, Idaho. The role focuses on advancing individuals with developmental disabilities through data-informed planning and compassionate support.
Responsibilities include mentoring staff, guiding program implementation, and assisting during crises with de-escalation techniques while ensuring quality and compliance with all policies.
DS will advance the mission of DWI while delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided. The position ensures they meet high standards of quality and compliance. This role includes creating a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all individuals served. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and be dedicated to advocating for the rights and needs of all participants.
