ViaQuest is seeking a Training and Compliance Specialist in Ohio to support residential services. You will coordinate orientation for new employees, maintain training documentation, and ensure certifications are up to date. You will also provide onsite follow-up and manage attendance and scheduling for trainings.

This full-time role in a structured environment offers paid training, a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and an employee referral bonus program.

• Communicate attendance and absences from trainings to appropriate supervisors.
• Schedule training space and needed training equipment for all assigned training requirements.

At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:
