Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Steubenville, OH is seeking a Program Manager to oversee coordination of services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes managing medical appointments, household tasks, behavior support strategies, and collaboration with the service team.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, monitor staffing, and ensure high-quality customer service for individuals, families, and the county board.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or higher.
• At least 3 years' experience in developmental disabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage services and supports for the individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
• Ensure that the individuals we serve are receiving quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Collaborate with all members of the individuals' service team to ensure great communication and customer service is in place.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure they are thoroughly trained and providing the best possible services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services are provided and coverage is in place for all shifts.
• Provide great customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and all members of the service team.
