ViaQuest Residential Services in Steubenville, OH seeks a full-time supervisor to coordinate supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and ensure quality services. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage scheduling and training, and partner with families and teams to promote community engagement.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years in the field, strong communication and decision‑making skills, and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and community engagement.
• Coordinate and manage services including medical appointments and supports.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes.
• Develop and assess behavior support strategies and train staff.
• Collaborate with the service team for great communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure coverage for all shifts.
