Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served.
• Ensure individuals receive quality services and engage with the community.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes.
• Assist in development of behavior support strategies and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with service team for strong communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to provide coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families, and county board.
