Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Youngstown, OH is seeking a program supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals and ensure high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate and manage all services and supports, including medical appointments, housing, behavior support strategies, and family communication, while supervising staff and monitoring shifts.

A high school diploma with 3 years experience is required; bachelor’s/master’s preferred; valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in developmental disabilities field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and remain engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, and financial supports.
• Utilize behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Develop and assess behavior support strategies and ensure proper implementation and training.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure clear communication and strong customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality service delivery.
• Monitor staffing hours to maintain appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families/guardians, county board, and service team.
