The State of Washington's Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is hiring an Intake and Eligibility Case Resource Manager in the Spokane region. The role provides advanced social services and specialized case/resource management for people with developmental disabilities and their families.

Work is hybrid with required in-person assessments travel within the region, a standard Mon–Fri schedule, and periodic extended training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, social services, human services, behavioral sciences or an allied field and two years of experience providing social services to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Or six years of experience in providing social services to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Or 12 months as a Case Resource Manager Trainee.

Responsabilidades

• Complete intake and eligibility process within 90 days per WAC, DDA Policy and regulations.
• Explain services to client/family to submit service requests when eligibility is determined.
• Identify support needs of clients and families.
• Testify at administrative hearings as needed.
• Identify clients or families in crisis and make emergent referrals as needed.
• Complete eligibility reviews as required per WAC and DDA Policy.
• Participate in intake/eligibility team staffing processes.
• Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to complete intake/eligibility reviews.
