ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking an ICF-Program Director in the United States. This salaried position offers a $56,000 annual salary with full-time status and on-call requirements.

The role focuses on managing support systems for individuals served in our intermediate care facilities and coordinating service delivery with a strong emphasis on staff development and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in social services, at least two years in the developmental disabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services is preferred but is not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
