Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel, assist and train individuals in personal care, travel skills, social skills and life skills.
• Provide safe and clean environment and monitor health and safety of individuals.
• Document all services and progress according to program standards.
• Use verbal and physical means to create a positive environment and promote inclusion in the community.
