Job summary

Seal Dynamics LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a developmental Buyer to join the New Product Development group. The role covers day-to-day purchasing, material coordination, supplier follow-up, expediting, and ERP activities.

You will work with Procurement, Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure materials meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements. This in-person role reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• APICS/ISM certification is a plus.
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials, services, supplies per procedures.
• Maintain supplier POs, acknowledgements, and delivery dates in ERP.
• Expedite materials to support production and customer requirements.
• Analyze purchasing data, generate reports, and identify trends.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality and other departments.
