Seal Dynamics in Tampa, FL, is seeking an NPI Manager to lead new product introduction and sourcing efforts within aerospace. You will analyze airline data, source parts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive development and supplier engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in NPD or strategic sourcing in aerospace, strong data analytics, ERP/MRP proficiency, and excellent communication to partner with sales, engineering, and leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in new product development, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the aviation aftermarket and supply chain.
• Technical ability to identify aircraft components and relate to development capabilities.
• Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills for clear info sharing.
• Ability to build productive business relationships and follow up reliably.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and sourcing analytics tools.
• Ability to balance analysis, experience, and judgment in decisions.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple items.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze airline usage data files to find new product development opportunities.
• Research data from airline technical documents and from HEICO/SD personnel.
• Support sales visits to airline Engineering, Purchasing and Maintenance.
• Justify business cases to launch product development to senior leadership.
• Source OEM sample parts for new product development efforts.
• Coordinate NDA execution with new suppliers for development.
• Support RFQs/RFPs by analyzing costs and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality to meet standards.
