Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, and meet annual fundraising and performance metrics as established by the department.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward new donors in compliance with patient confidentiality requirements.
• Develop and execute prospect and donor moves management strategies.
• Document work in the donor database and collaborate with hospital partners to maximize philanthropic giving.
