Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks a fundraising events coordinator to manage logistics for annual giving events including Mayfaire and the employee giving campaign Impact, in collaboration with the Development Director.

Responsibilities include managing in-kind donations and third-party fundraising events, researching and stewarding community and employee donors, and growing Benefis Foundation's donor database while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in fundraising, event planning, and development preferred.
• Experience working with volunteers and committees preferred.
• Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge donor software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Manage logistics for annual giving events including the signature fundraising event, Mayfaire, and the employee giving campaign, Impact, in collaboration with the Development Director. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:
