Job summary

Benefis Health System is seeking a fundraising and development coordinator to manage logistics for annual giving events such as Mayfaire and the employee giving campaign, Impact. Coordinate in‑kind donations, third‑party fundraising events, and donor stewardship in collaboration with the Development Director.

The role focuses on growing the donor database, researching and cultivating community and employee donors, and supporting campaigns while ensuring compliance with Benefis Health System

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in fundraising, event planning, and development preferred.
• Experience working with volunteers and committees preferred.
• Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge donor software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for annual giving events including Mayfaire and the employee giving campaign, Impact, in collaboration with the Development Director.
• Manage in‑kind donations and third‑party fundraising events.
• Research, identify and steward community and employee donors while growing the donor database.
• Cultivate and grow donor relationships and enhance community awareness of Benefis Foundation.
