Job summary

Israel Bonds in New York seeks an Assistant Director to work with Executive Directors to develop and execute sales strategies while overseeing daily office operations and staff. The role includes coordinating events, driving community-based initiatives, and managing reports and budgets.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will supervise staff, participate in fundraising campaigns, and ensure compliance with FINRA licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales or development/fund-raising experience.
• FINRA licensing required: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (Training provided).
• Knowledge of the American-Jewish community and Israel’s history.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and office operations, including performance evaluations.
• Plan and participate in events and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain office budget and supervise sales activities.
• Identify local markets for communal and individual sales.
• Solicit bond sales from existing customers and cultivate new groups.
