AIPAC Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Campaign Director to lead a team of fundraising professionals, driving resource development for U.S.-Israel relations. You will develop strategies, mentor staff, and optimize donor engagement while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires 7+ years in fundraising or related fields, 5+ years of management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Outreach).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fundraising, sales, or a similar role with a track record of leading teams to meet targets.
• 5+ years of management experience with proven leadership and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• Non-profit or political fundraising experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; able to interpret data.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce and Outreach) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of fundraising professionals and meet aggressive revenue targets.
• Establish goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability through metrics.
• Provide ongoing professional development and training on donor engagement.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and team meetings to share insights and adjust strategies.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
• Develop fundraising strategies with senior leadership to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Create customized engagement plans for high-value donors and portfolios.
• Collaborate with program and marketing teams to align donor content and events.
• Monitor campaign progress via data-driven analysis and adjust tactics.
• streamline workflows to improve efficiency in the development team.
• Regularly assess fundraising processes and implement best practices.
• Remove obstacles hindering productivity.
• Analyze campaign data weekly, monthly, and quarterly; report to senior leadership.
