Job summary

Vistry North East is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage day-to-day sales hub operations across multiple sites. You will drive customer engagement, manage records, and progress sales through the customer journey with strong communication and organisational skills.

The role requires experience in client-facing sales, generating leads by phone, meeting targets, and delivering excellent service. A full driving licence and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs / GCE or equivalent including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
• A Levels in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all developments, house types and sales progress across sites.
• Prospect and follow up enquiries via telephone and literature to generate opportunities.
• Travel to all designated developments to meet customers and conduct appointments.
• Support with sales administration, records and documentation.
