Job summary

The St. Louis Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired (SLSBVI) in Brentwood, Missouri, seeks a Development Project Manager to lead grant writing, grant reporting, and fundraising initiatives within the development team.

You will manage the grant cycle, assist with annual giving appeals, and help coordinate the organization’s gala and other events, partnering with program staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years nonprofit fund development experience including grant writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with donor databases and grant portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the grants cycle from proposal to reporting.
• Draft annual giving appeals via mail, digital communications, and events.
• Coordinate fundraising events and donor communications.
