Job summary

Peter & Paul Community Services is seeking a Grants & Data Manager in St. Louis to strengthen fundraising and data infrastructure.

You will lead the full grant lifecycle, research opportunities, manage grant processes, and ensure accurate reporting across platforms such as Bell Data, HMIS, and Get Help. The role requires 3–5+ years in grant writing or fundraising and strong data systems experience, with excellent writing and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit development, public administration, communications, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of grant writing or nonprofit fundraising experience and/or data systems management.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build funder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full grant lifecycle: write and submit proposals, research opportunities, manage processes and deadlines, and prepare reports.
• Oversee data integrity, reporting systems, and dashboard development across platforms (Bell Data, HMIS, Get Help).
• Develop user guides and SOPs for data systems and train staff.
• Align funding opportunities with program outcomes and organizational priorities; ensure grant materials reflect impact.
