A rapidly growing real estate development company is seeking a Development Project Manager to oversee the site development and infrastructure delivery of large-scale residential projects across the Southeast.

This is a unique opportunity to join a vertically integrated developer where you'll work closely with land acquisition, engineering, development, and construction teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Project involvement may include:

  • Large-scale residential communities
  • Site infrastructure development
  • Utility installation and coordination
  • Stormwater management systems
  • Roadway and access improvements
  • Amenity and recreational facilities
  • Horizontal construction and site development programmes

  • Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, inspection reports, field documentation, and as-built records.

  • Monitor project performance across multiple active developments.
  • Prepare status reports and communicate key project updates.
  • Track utility installations, infrastructure completion, surveying activities, and construction milestones.
