Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction certification. You will manage master planned communities, develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and fee proposals, and coordinate with in-house planning teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in civil engineering, a Florida PE license, and a proven ability to mentor staff, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
  • Florida PE License required (EIT candidates with leadership and management experience may be considered).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience in civil engineering.
  • Strong experience managing residential land development from entitlement through construction.
  • Master Planned Community development experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with budgeting, profitability analysis, invoicing, and AR management.
  • Strong background coordinating permitting with governmental agencies.
  • Experience preparing proposals, fee estimates, scopes of work, and schedules.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
