Job summary

The University of Florida College of Pharmacy is seeking a Donor Relations & Alumni Affairs Coordinator to develop and execute a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship plan for UF College of Pharmacy donors. The role will expand engagement with major donors and alumni and coordinate programs to strengthen philanthropy.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this position will work with colleagues to engage alumni and friends, cultivating philanthropy and advancing the college's mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in donor relations and alumni engagement is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive donor relations program and stewardship plan for major donors and alumni.
• Lead donor recognition programs and events (e.g., alumni awards, donor walls).
• Collaborate with the Development team to coordinate scholarships, communications, and stewardship activities.
• Draft personalized correspondence to donors and assist with development materials as needed.
• Manage budgets for donor relations activities under supervision.
